Unstoppable Domains Floats Women of Web3.0 Initiative

Unstoppable Domains, a leading provider of Non-Fungible Tokens (NFT) domain names has recently announced that it has set aside the sum of $10 million worth of Web3 domain names even as it launches the “Unstoppable Women of Web3” initiative.

This illustrious initiative which is aimed at creating an equal playing field for women and also to support women in the crypto space was formed in partnership with about 65 reputable organizations like Google Cloud, Alchemy, Algorand, Altair, Ancient Warriors,  Binance US, Bitstamp, Blockchain Association, and many others.

With a plan to donate free NFT domains worth $10 million to everyone who attends its event organized at the International Women’s Day, the group together with its partners has also decided to showcase works created by people in groups that over the years have been marginalized.

While speaking on the essence of the initiative, Sandy Carter who doubles as both the initiator of Unstoppable Women of Web3 and the Senior Vice President of Unstoppable Domains mentioned that the initiative is committed to fostering diversity and education for the coming generation of female talents.

Carter noted that what empowerment of this kind would do is to lower the peculiar entry barrier which women are prone to and it would also create opportunities and jobs for a teeming number of women across the globe.

With the rise of Web3 technology and the mind-blowing opportunities that come with harnessing it, collaborators on the Unstoppable Women of Web3 initiative have pledged to educate women about Web3 opportunities through avenues such as Twitter, Discord, Telegram, and even through physical events.

Unstoppable Domain’s Unabashed Commitment to Women’s Inclusion

Following the messy media attack on the Ethereum Name Service (ENS) – which is Unstoppable Domains’ major competitor – due to its segregation of women in certain groups such as the LGBTQ community, Unstoppable Domains has pledged its unflinching resolve to reach and educate women even in marginalized groups, unlike its competitor.

Carter reiterated that even though the Unstoppable Women of Web3 has been in the works long before the ENS saga, the backlash on The ENS has however helped to deepen their resolve at ensuring the diversity and inclusion of all prior marginalized groups.
